Qualifications

• Experience of working in an education setting, either with children or young people.
• Confidence in managing and appropriately responding to challenging behaviours.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adaptable and positive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting students with sensory, global, complex and challenging behaviour
• Assisting with class planning and delivery
• Working closely with teachers and safeguarding officers
• Creating a positive learning environment where students can develop both academically and personally.
