Long Term Futures is recruiting a Key Stage 1 & 2 SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEND across KS1 and KS2 at a primary school in Roydon, Harlow. This is a full-time, long-term temporary role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

You will provide a mix of one-to-one, small-group and classroom-based support, adapt your approach to different learners and work closely with teachers to maintain a consistent approach.

Formación

• Previous relevant experience is required in SEND or closely related settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patient, adaptable and consistent approach to supporting pupils.

Responsabilidades

• Support pupils with a range of SEND needs across KS1 and KS2.
• Provide one-to-one, small-group and classroom support.
• Help pupils access lessons by adapting support per teacher guidance.
• Encourage engagement, confidence and independence in learning.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff and follow safeguarding procedures.
