The role will involve a mixture of individual, small-group and classroom-based support. Pupil needs may vary, so we are looking for someone adaptable who can build positive relationships, follow guidance from teaching staff and adjust their approach to suit different learners. Previous relevant experience is required, although candidates with strong transferable experience may also be considered.
Candidates with transferable experience involving children, young people or individuals requiring additional support may also be considered where their skills are relevant to the role.
