Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in Hereford. The role includes assisting in classrooms, fostering engagement and helping learners develop confidence and life skills throughout the school day.

Qualifications

Experience working with children or young people with additional needs.

Responsibilities

Provide classroom support to pupils with SEND and assist in small groups.
Promote engagement and positive learning experiences throughout the school day.
Work closely with teachers to implement classroom strategies and behaviour plans.
