eTeach UK Limited is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to support children with complex needs at Marpool Primary School in Exmouth, initially 1:1. You will work with the SEND team to extend support to other Exeter schools, aiding both physical care and educational activities to help children access the curriculum.

• Experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised care and learning support to help children access the curriculum and make progress.
• Provide physical and intimate care including routine activities.
• Administer medicines following training and care plans.
• Safely assisting children who use wheelchairs with training provided.
• Deliver intervention programmes such as speech and language activities and physiotherapy exercises.
• Support teaching staff with learning environments, records, and parent liaison.
• Use digital devices to support learning and interventions.
• Adapt the curriculum with teachers to tailor learning experiences.
