Axcis Education Recruitment seeks an experienced EYFS / KS1 SEND Teaching Assistant for a specialist provision in Weymouth, supporting pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties and other needs. You will deliver one-to-one and small group activities, foster early communication and confidence, and work with teachers and therapists to tailor learning experiences.
The role is Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm, paying £14.25-£14.95 per hour.

Are you an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting young children with additional learning needs? Axcis Education is recruiting a dedicated EYFS / KS1 Teaching Assistant to join a specialist provision in Weymouth. The provision supports pupils with moderate learning difficulties (MLD) and associated additional needs, providing a nurturing, structured and engaging environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their potential. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant who enjoys working with younger children and understands the importance of early intervention in helping pupils develop communication, independence and confidence.
This well-established specialist provision offers a caring and supportive environment where pupils are encouraged to learn at their own pace. Working alongside experienced teachers and therapists, you will play an important role in helping children develop the skills and confidence they need for lifelong learning.
