Axcis Education Recruitment is helping a specialist school in Exeter recruit a SEND Learning Support Assistant. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch break, at £103 per day, ASAP start.
You will support pupils with Autism, ADHD, anxiety, MLD, SEMH and communication difficulties, both 1:1 and in small groups, within a safe and inclusive learning environment.

As a SEND Learning Support Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning while supporting their emotional wellbeing and personal development. You will support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, encouraging independence, confidence, and positive relationships throughout the school day.
