Job summary

Unique School Solutions is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant for a large secondary school in Sheffield (S35). The role is Monday–Friday, term-time only, at £115 per day with an ASAP start.

It begins as a temporary placement with a view to permanent employment after 12 weeks, with PAYE payroll and access to extensive training courses. Applicants should have SEND experience with students aged 11-16, strong behaviour management, and the ability to build rapport while maintaining professional

Contract type: Temp – perm following 12 weeks successful temporary placement

Working hours: Monday – Friday, term time only

Essential requirements for the role:

• Previous experience of working with young adults aged 11-16
• Previous SEND experience
• Strong behaviour management skills
