Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd in Sheffield is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support KS3–KS5 students with ASC, ADHD and speech and language needs in a busy classroom.

The role requires resilience and reliability, with flexible start dates and options for part-time or full-time hours across our SEN schools network in the area.

Responsibilities

• Support KS3 to KS5 students with ASC, ADHD and Speech & Language difficulties in classroom learning.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement lesson plans and monitor student progress.
• Help create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for each student.

SEND Teaching Assistant

Location: Sheffield

Start: Flexible (Part Time & Full Time)

Salary: £92.56 - £93.83 per day

This role requires a strong SEND Teaching Assistant to work in our Special Educational Needs schools in the Sheffield area. The suitable candidate will work alongside KS3 to KS5 students with ASC, ADHD and Speech and Language difficulties, supporting them with their learning and development in a classroom environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people with complex needs and behaviours that challenge. You must be a resilient worker who can be trustworthy and reliant to ensure the needs of the schools are met.
