Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support a Year 3 pupil in a Redcar primary school. The role is 1:1 support with a daily rate of £95–£110 DOE.

The successful candidate will adapt activities to meet the pupil's needs, help promote engagement and progress, and build confidence within a nurturing classroom environment in a temporary placement starting September.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND.
• Patient, nurturing and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Relevant TA qualification desirable but not essential.

We are seeking a dedicated and patient SEND Teaching Assistant to support a Year 3 pupil in a primary school in Redcar who is currently working at an EYFS academic level.

The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support, adapt learning activities to meet the pupil's needs, and help promote engagement, progress, and confidence in the classroom.
