Job summary

Corus Consultancy North London is seeking SEND Teaching Assistants for 1:1 and small group support in mainstream schools and specialist provisions. You will assist pupils with SEND, including ASC, ADHD, SEMH, or physical needs, adapting activities and enabling meaningful participation.

This role offers regular local work via the RM6376 framework with potential permanent transition opportunities after 12 weeks, and the dedicated SEND recruitment desk will support you throughout placements.

Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting children or adults with SEND (mainstream, care, or special school settings).
• Certifications or training like Team-Teach, Makaton, PECS, or ADHD awareness are highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Enhanced DBS check clear for working with children.

Are you passionate about unlocking the potential of pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are recruiting dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants across North London to step into 1:1 and small group support roles within mainstream academies and specialised alternative provisions.

Because we operate on the RM6376 framework, schools come to us first when funding for new Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) is approved.
