We are looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to support children and young people with SEND needs.

About the role:

Position: SEND Teaching Assistant (Full time, Temporary)
Location: Chippenham
Duration: April 2025 - July 2025

The Role

We are looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to work in a School supporting children in a SEND environment. Working as part of an established team, the desired Learning Support Assistant will be supporting children 1-1 or in small groups. This role will be Monday to Friday 8:30 - 15:30.

Requirements

1. Experience working with SEND children or support/care work
2. Have a caring and positive nature
3. Be able to build positive relationships with children and young people
4. Understand the crucial importance of keeping young people and children safe
5. Be willing to pay for a DBS check and register with the Update Service
6. PRU experience is desirable but not required

Salary

£88.92 per day. Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
