Team Educate is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to work in an SEN school in the Blandford Forum area.

Are you a SEND Teaching Assistant wanting to make a difference in a special needs provision? Are you passionate about helping SEND children reach their full potential in education? Are you looking for a better work/life balance? If so, Team Educate wants to hear from you!

We are recruiting SEND Supply Teaching Assistants to work directly with a school in Blandford Forum. This role involves working within the SEND provision on a supply basis, supporting students during the school day alongside experienced SEND teachers to ensure they have the best opportunity to learn. You will be expected to provide 1:1 support as well as support within group settings, fostering strong relationships with students.

No prior experience is necessary — we value the right attitude and a passion for helping others. While experience or qualifications in SEND are advantageous, they are not essential. We seek candidates who are patient, empathetic, and motivated to make a real impact on a child's educational journey.
