Job summary

TeacherActive is working with a warm SEND school in Trafford. We are seeking a SEND Teacher on a long-term maternity cover basis, delivering engaging, differentiated lessons Monday to Wednesday from the end of January 2027. The role requires QTS and experience with PMLD and other complex needs.

You'll join a supportive Senior Leadership Team and benefit from market-leading pay, CPD via My-Progression, 24/7 consultant support, and a referral scheme (£100). Paid on PAYE with clear tax/VAT handling.

Qualifications

• QTS possession
• Experience with children with PMLD
• Experience supporting pupils with Autism/ ASD, SLD or other needs
• Strong ability to adapt and differentiate learning for pupils with complex needs
