Protocol Education is looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join the Specialist Resource Provision in Hayes for a September start. The role requires experience supporting pupils with complex SEND and a calm, patient approach to help pupils reach their potential.

Location is Hayes (UB3/UB4). The role is full-time, with a daily pay rate of £95-£105. Trial day is 1st September with potential for permanency.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with complex SEND (essential).
• Calm, patient and resilient.
• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils.
• Confident working as part of an SRP team.
• Passionate about helping every child reach their potential.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with complex SEND within the SRP setting.
