Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Hounslow from September 2026. The role runs 8:15am to 3:15pm, with a daily pay of £95–£105 and a full-time, long-term contract.

You will support pupils with ASD, ADHD and other needs on a 1:1 and small group basis, collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to foster a positive, structured learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEND (ASD, ADHD or SEMH).
• Confidence working with non-verbal pupils.
• Calm, patient and resilient approach.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Proactive and positive attitude.
• Genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEND on a 1:1 and small group basis.
• Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to maintain a structured learning environment.
• Assist pupils to achieve their full potential.
• Contribute to a supportive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
