Protocol Education Ltd is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in West Drayton. The role is full-time and long-term, starting this September, to support pupils with complex SEND within an SRP, including ASD and related learning needs.

The position is based in West Drayton with a daily rate of £95–£105. You will work closely with a dedicated SEND team to help pupils achieve their potential in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with complex SEND (essential).
• Confident in SRP or specialist setting.
• Patient, calm, proactive in a busy classroom.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils within a Specialist Resource Provision (SRP).
• Work closely with children with Autism (ASD) and related learning needs.
• Build strong relationships to support learning.
