Monarch Education are seeking an Experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEND setting in Bromsgrove. The role is full-time and long-term, supporting pupils with Autism, MLD/SLD, SEMH and sensory needs, both academically and emotionally.
You will help pupils engage in learning, develop independence, and reach individual targets. Some personal care and behaviour support may be required. Excellent facilities and a supportive team are on offer.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Salary: £100 – £110 per day

Monarch Education are currently recruiting for an Experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEND setting supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity working closely with pupils who have a variety of needs, including Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), communication and interaction needs, sensory needs, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
You will play a key role in supporting pupils both academically and emotionally, helping them to engage in learning, develop independence, build confidence, and achieve their individual targets. The role may also involve supporting pupils with personal care, sensory regulation activities, and positive behaviour strategies where required.
