Job summary

Waterside Primary School in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a caring SEND Support Teaching Assistant. You will provide individual and small-group support to children with SEND, helping them access learning and build confidence within a welcoming school community.

The role focuses on supporting learning, alongside teachers and staff, to help pupils thrive and achieve their full potential in a secondary-friendly primary environment.

• Has experience working with children, ideally within a primary or SEND setting.
• Is patient, caring and understanding.
• Can build positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
