Job summary

Aspire People Limited is recruiting an experienced Teaching Assistant for a 1-1 role in a Stoke-on-Trent school. The candidate should have Level 2/3 TA qualification and experience with children with additional needs. The role is full-time and requires an updated DBS.

The ideal TA will inspire students, work well in a team, and contribute to a positive learning environment while supporting inclusive education for all pupils.

Qualifications

• Level 2/3 TA or equivalent.
• Experience with children who have additional needs.
• Experience in a Primary School (preferably 6+ months).
• DBS on update service.
• Ability to inspire children.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Support 1-1 with a pupil who has additional needs.
• Assist classroom activities and maintain positive behaviour.
• Promote inclusion and safeguarding within the class.
