Job summary

Provide Education, recruiting on behalf of a welcoming specialist education setting in Rotherham, seeks a flexible educator to support children with additional needs. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours and a chance to make a real difference in SEND education.

You'll work closely with children to engage learning, build confidence and help them achieve personal goals, with ongoing guidance from SEND consultants and school staff. DBS checks are required.

Qualifications

  • QTS or equivalent is required.
  • Enhanced DBS check required and originals of qualifications must be seen.
  • SEND experience not mandatory; right attitude and willingness to learn are valued.
  • Flexible full-time or part-time hours are offered.

  • Help children and young people engage with learning and build confidence.
  • Support individual goals and adapt to each child's needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, SEND consultants and SENCos to support pupil progression.
