Senploy is recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. The role is temporary to permanent with hours 09:00–15:30, Monday to Friday, and requires experience with ASD, PMLD or SLD.

You will support pupils one-to-one and in small groups, help teachers deliver engaging lessons, and assist with personal care where needed. DBS check is required; weekly PAYE pay and visa sponsorship is not offered. The school provides CPD access and consultant support.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) or Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
• Understanding of safeguarding, inclusion and equal opportunities.

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who is passionate about helping children and young people reach their full potential? We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming specialist school in the Welwyn Garden City area. The school supports pupils with a range of complex learning needs and is looking for someone who can provide compassionate, consistent and hands-on support.

If you have experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), or Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), this could be an excellent opportunity to make a genuine difference every day.

- An Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
