Job summary

Inspire EHC in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support primary and secondary students with ASD and Complex Needs. You'll organise engaging activities, adapt lessons, maintain records, and work with parents, teachers and other professionals.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–15:30 (term-time only). Salary is £85-£95 per day, inclusive of holiday pay, with a potential temp-to-perm contract. An enhanced DBS check is required or willingness to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with special educational needs is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A compassionate, patient and understanding approach to working with children and young people.

Responsibilities
