Job summary

Dorset Studio School is seeking an Access Manager - SEND Provision & Inclusion to join our team. The role combines leadership with teaching, including up to 30% teaching commitment, to drive targeted SEND interventions and inclusive practices across the school.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEND Provision and Inclusion leadership.
• Ability to coordinate intervention programmes and pupil learning plans.
• Strong collaboration with families, external agencies and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor targeted SEND provision.
• Coordinate intervention programmes and pupil learning plans.
• Support implementation of EHCP provision and annual reviews.
• Champion inclusive teaching and adaptive classroom practice.
• Deliver coaching, mentoring and SEND training for staff.
• Work collaboratively with families, external agencies and colleagues.
• Ensure students with SEND receive the support needed to thrive academically and personally.
