Job summary

You will work across Bridport Primary School and Bridport St Mary’s CE Primary School to develop inclusive practice, shape the Inclusion Hub for communication and interaction, and design SEMH provision to help every child flourish.

Responsibilities

• Lead inclusive practice across two Bridport schools to raise attainment and wellbeing for all pupils.
• Support pupils with SEND and those facing barriers to learning.
• Shape and implement the Inclusion Hub and SEMH provision to meet local needs.
