The role collaborates across departments to ensure a learner-centered journey toward goals, with emphasis on curriculum innovation, inclusion, and impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading specialist SEND provision in a college or school.
• Strong understanding of progression routes for post-16 learners.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, planning and funding frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage curriculum delivery teams across the Pathways programme.
• Ensure high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.
• Drive continuous improvement and student success.
• Develop partnerships with industry to enhance curriculum relevance and progression.
• Support staff development and performance to achieve outstanding outcomes.
