Job summary

Abingdon and Witney College is seeking an ambitious Curriculum Manager for Construction Trades and T Levels to join its leadership team. You will lead a growing curriculum area with a focus on quality, achievement and progression, while supporting teaching teams to deliver industry-relevant learning.

You will drive continuous quality improvement, build employer partnerships, and identify growth opportunities to meet local and regional skills needs, using data to raise learner outcomes and close

Qualifications

• Qualified relevant degree or equivalent.
• Must have a recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience leading curriculum delivery, quality improvement, or educational teams.
• Strong commitment to student success and achievement.
• Understanding of current educational developments, curriculum innovation and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about creating outstanding opportunities for learners and staff.
