TeacherActive is seeking a dedicated SEND LSA in Bradford to support pupils across Key Stage 3 and 4. The role involves day-to-day classroom assistance, managing individual needs and promoting positive engagement in learning environments.

The successful candidate will have experience with SEND, strong behaviour management, and a patient, adaptable approach. Immediate start available with contract-based opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs.
• Experience working with secondary-aged pupils.
• The ability to provide effective 1:1 and small group support.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• A patient, resilient and adaptable approach.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 in day-to-day learning and activities.
• Assist with learning, managing individual needs and helping pupils engage positively within the classroom.
