Qualifications

• Experience working with secondary-aged students within a school setting.
• Confidence supporting students across KS3 and KS4.
• Experience providing effective 1:1 support.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• A proactive and positive attitude.
• The ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.

Responsibilities
