The role involves 1:1 support, small group interventions and classroom assistance, adapting activities to meet individual learning needs and working closely with teachers to foster academic, social and emotional development.

Qualifikationen

A Level 3 TA qualification or equivalent relevant qualification.
Experience supporting children with complex SEND.
Experience providing 1:1 support and delivering small group interventions.
Understanding of complex additional needs and how these can impact learning and development.
Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
A patient, resilient and adaptable approach with a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
