Job summary

The Supply Register is recruiting SEND Learning Support Workers on behalf of the Newcastle College Group to support learners across Lewisham College, Southwark College, and The Higher Education Centre. The role involves one-to-one and small group support for students aged 16-25 with additional needs, fostering independence and confidence.

Hours are typically 9:00am–4:00pm, usually 4–5 days per week, with personal care provided when required.

  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the wider support team.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
