Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold a minimum Level 2 in English and Maths.
• Familiar with SEN Code of Practice and relevant legislation.
• BSL Level 2 or above desirable.
• Enthusiasm, flexibility, patience and a sense of humour are vital attributes

Responsibilities

• Provide practical support to young people and adults to access learning and achieve independence.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with learners, teachers and external agencies; support safeguarding.
• Assist with personal care for male students as needed.
