The Supply Register is delighted to be recruiting SEND Learning Support Workers on behalf of the Newcastle College Group (NCG). We are recruiting to support learners across Lewisham College, Southwark College, and The Higher Education Centre.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support students aged with a range of additional and complex learning needs, helping them to access education, build confidence, and develop greater independence.
No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who is adaptable, compassionate, and committed to improving the lives of young people.
As a SEND Learning Support Worker, you will work closely with students who require additional support throughout your college day. You will provide personalised assistance both inside and outside the classroom, encouraging independence while ensuring each learner can participate fully in their education.
Support requirements will vary depending on the individual student and the campus you are working at, meaning flexibility and a person‑centred approach are essential.
