Job summary

Ernesford Grange Community Academy is seeking a dedicated Teacher of SEND to join our team in Coventry. You will provide nurture-focused teaching across a primary-style curriculum within a single KS3 class group, adapting curriculums to support progress for students with SEND.

The right candidate will have QTS or equivalent, a relevant degree, and strong knowledge of differentiated instruction and SEND strategies.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent qualification.
• Degree in a relevant subject area or Primary/Secondary Education.
• Excellent knowledge of adaptive teaching strategies and differentiation for SEND.
• Knowledge of speech, language, and communication difficulties and strategies to support barriers to learning.
• Exceptional classroom teaching skills to plan, differentiate, and deliver high-quality lessons across core subjects to a single class group.
