Qualifications

• Commitment to working with young people and future career aspirations.
• Experience delivering ASDAN or Life Skills or similar non-GCSE qualifications.
• Experience supporting small groups in lessons or one-to-one sessions.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored interventions to small groups outside the classroom.
• Provide individualised support and monitor progress of interventions.
• Support in the classroom as required and assist with planning.
• Contribute to wider opportunities and participation in trips as needed.
