Sapientia Education Trust’s Stradbroke High School seeks a SEND Intervention Lead to deliver tailored interventions for small groups and provide classroom support as needed.
The role focuses on planning and monitoring interventions, with added responsibilities for wider opportunities and first aid if required. Permanent, 31.25 hours per week, term-time plus 1 week.

Salary: SCP7 £26,403 SCP11 £28,142 per annum. Salary Pro Rata: £19,173 - £20,799 per annum

The school caters for students of all abilities from its local community, including those with SEND. The successful candidate would mainly work with small groups outside the classroom delivering tailored interventions and individualised support though would also support in the classroom as required. They would be responsible for the planning and monitoring of the interventions.
The SEND Department plays a crucial role in the success of students and therefore a commitment to wider opportunities such as attending trips or being a first aider would be an advantage.
