Heritage High School is seeking an Intervention Lead to join its dedicated team. The role will manage the Ambition intervention centre daily, support students on the SEND register and with SEMH, and lead sessions such as Lego Therapy, ELSA and social skills interventions.

Grade and Salary: Grade 6: £31,619 - £34,979 actual per annum (£34,811 - £38,510 FTE)
Working pattern: 37 hours per week / 41 weeks per year

You will lead intervention sessions such as Lego Therapy, ELSA and social skills interventions. You will also be responsible for ensuring that there are a wide range of age appropriate resources for students to use to support with their learning.
