Job summary

Achieving for Children’s (AfC) is seeking an Insight Analyst to join the Intelligence and Improvement Team. This hybrid role focuses on SEND evidence, developing predictive insights and advising on how interventions can improve services for children and young people in Windsor & Maidenhead and beyond.

You will lead data capacity for the SEND Reform Plan, build impact-tracking models, and translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior managers.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL querying and data structuring.
• Strategic data visualisation and BI dashboards.
• Knowledge of Children's Services data and statutory reporting.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Clear data storytelling to senior managers.

Responsibilities

• Act as data lead for the SEND Reform Plan.
• Evaluate impact of SEND interventions.
• Develop tracking and reporting models for Alternative Provision.
• Manage data collection processes and statutory returns to the DfE.
• Develop predictive models to forecast demand for SEND services.
• Identify trends using historical data and statistical analysis.
