Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Data Insight Associate for a 12-month FTC in the UK. The role involves building data assets, dashboards and analytics across Care Services and Richmond, using modern cloud-based data platforms.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insights that drive resident outcomes and KPIs. The position offers hybrid working with 3 days at home and 2 days in Leeds, Salford Quays or Staines offices, with occasional site visits to care homes.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and relational data structures.
• Some exposure to Python for data manipulation or analysis.
• Experience with reporting/visualisation tools such as Power BI.
• Understanding of cloud-based data environments (e.g., Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data assets and reporting views.
• Create dashboards and visualisations to support business decisions.
• Produce performance, operational and clinical KPI reporting.
• Work with data from multiple sources across Care Services and Richmond.
• Support analytics projects using modern data platforms and tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and data needs.
