Halton Housing in Widnes is seeking an Insight Analyst to turn complex customer and operational data into clear, actionable insight. This hybrid role offers visibility and impact beyond simple reports.

You'll use Excel, SQL basics and BI tools to identify trends, explain data stories to stakeholders, and recommend evidence-based actions that improve services. Training provided with initial office presence, then ~2 days/wk in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in an analytical or data-focused role.
• Advanced or strong Excel skills and data storytelling ability.
• Experience with customer insight or social housing is beneficial but not essential.
