Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the relevant health, care or early years sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Teaching qualifications are desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across Health, Care and Early Years programmes.
• Support learners to develop knowledge, skills and behaviours for study and employment.
• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback.
• Share current industry practices and professional expertise.
• Contribute to positive learner experiences and outcomes.
