Job summary

West Northamptonshire Council is seeking a proactive coordinator to support the SEND and Inclusion strategy. You will work across education, health, social care and the voluntary sector to bring together information, track progress and keep workstreams focused on priorities and outcomes.

You will collaborate with partners, help manage governance and reporting, and support engagement with children, young people and families.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating improvement projects across education, health, social care and the voluntary sector.
• Ability to bring organisations together and maintain momentum across partners.
• Understanding of SEND and inclusion is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate two SEND and Inclusion workstreams and track progress against agreed priorities.
• Bring together updates, evidence and information from a wide range of partners.
• Coordinate meetings, action plans and governance, ensuring actions remain visible and on track.
• Produce updates and reports that support strategic discussions and decision-making.
• Support engagement and co-production activity involving children, young people, families and professionals.
• Identify risks, gaps and barriers that could affect delivery.
