Wiltshire Council in Bath is seeking a SEND Lead Worker to join our SEND and Inclusion service. You will coordinate EHCP assessments and oversee plan reviews to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND.

The role requires strong organisational skills and experience in partnership work with families, and will involve working at a locality hub or visiting sites for about 50% of the week.

Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum of a Level 4 recognised qualification or be willing to work towards it.
• A minimum of two years' experience in early years, social care, health, or education.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and facilitate EHCP assessment processes and review of plans.
• Manage administrative functions within statutory processes and meet deadlines.
• Identify when specialist involvement is necessary and establish contacts.
