Ribston Hall High School in Gloucester is seeking a SEND coordinator to lead the implementation of the graduated SEND approach and to oversee its impact across the whole school.

You will ensure SEND is embedded in school-wide systems and contributes to the 2030 vision, helping every student with SEND access an ambitious, inclusive education with strong academic, personal and destination outcomes.

Responsibilities

• The implementation of systems and processes across the graduated approach (assess, plan, do, review).
• The strategic evaluation and continuous improvement of SEND across the school.
