Job summary

Aston Community Education Trust, in partnership with Thurcroft Junior Academy, is seeking an enthusiastic SEND Integrated Resource Lead to develop and grow the dedicated resource for pupils with EHCPs, focusing on Communication & Interaction and SEMH.

The successful candidate will manage a small team, drive the provision, and work closely with the Principal, SENDCo and external professionals to ensure the resource remains integral to the academy and supports whole-school inclusion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SEND provision and working with pupils with EHCPs, especially Communication and Interaction and SEMH.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SEND Integrated Resource, managing a teacher and support staff.
• Drive provision development and ensure high-quality delivery across the academy.
• Liaise with Local Authority, Principal, SENDCo and professionals to support the annual review cycle.
