Job summary

Dovetail And Slate Ltd in East London is seeking an experienced Interim Curriculum Manager for Foundation Learning and SEND to lead and develop provision, drive high-quality teaching and achieve strong learner outcomes. Are you an experienced FE Curriculum Manager with a background in SEND, Foundation Learning or Supported Learning?

We are currently supporting an FE college in East London to appoint an experienced Interim Curriculum Manager - Foundation Learning/SEND.

The Role

You will lead and manage Foundation Learning and SEND provision, ensuring high-quality teaching, strong learner outcomes and continuous curriculum improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing Foundation Learning/SEND programmes
• Line managing and developing teaching staff
• Driving recruitment, retention, achievement, attendance and progression
• Leading curriculum planning, quality assurance and improvement
• Monitoring learner progress, behaviour and safeguarding
• Managing curriculum resources, staffing and timetabling
• Working with stakeholders, parents/carers and external agencies
• Using data and KPIs to drive performance and improvement

About You
