Job summary

Dovetail and Slate seeks an Interim Curriculum Manager for Foundation Learning/SEND in East London to lead FE SEND provision and drive curriculum quality. The role includes line managing staff, coordinating resources, and ensuring high learner outcomes within a busy interim period.

The ideal candidate will have FE curriculum management experience, a full teaching qualification, and a strong track record in inclusive delivery and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Curriculum management experience within Further Education.
• Experience leading SEND, Foundation Learning, Supported Learning or similar FE provision.
• Experience managing and developing teaching staff.
• A full teaching qualification.
• Strong knowledge of inclusive curriculum delivery and learner support.
• Experience supporting learners with SEND/EHCPs and complex needs.
• Strong understanding of quality improvement and FE KPIs.
• A proven ability to improve learner outcomes.

Are you an experienced FE Curriculum Manager with a background in SEND, Foundation Learning or Supported Learning?

We are currently supporting an FE college in East London to appoint an experienced Interim Curriculum Manager - Foundation Learning/SEND.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and managing Foundation Learning/SEND programmes
• Line managing and developing teaching staff
• Driving recruitment, retention, achievement, attendance and progression
