Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide personalized support to students, develop professional relationships, and adhere to safeguarding procedures. Competitive pay of £110-125 per day, with potential long-term and permanent employment opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous school-based experience beneficial but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized support to students across the school.
• Support pupils through individualised learning activities.
• Record and communicate relevant information with teaching staff and families.

Skills

Experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties, Autism, SEND, or behaviors

Ability to adapt approach to meet varying needs

Strong communication skills with students and colleagues

Willingness to undertake ongoing training

Enthusiasm and energy in challenging situations

Education

Psychology degree or SEND-related qualifications
