From supporting transitions and EHCP processes to managing learner support records, funding administration and stakeholder communications, you will play an important role in improving outcomes for learners with additional needs.

No two days are the same. You will work closely with learners, parents and carers, curriculum teams, Local Authorities and external agencies, helping to coordinate support arrangements and ensuring statutory processes are delivered effectively and on time.

What you'll be doing
  • Supporting the administration of learner support, SEND and EHCP processes.
  • Maintaining accurate learner records, support plans and compliance information.
  • Supporting High Needs Funding administration and evidence gathering.
  • Liaising with learners, families, Local Authorities and external professionals.
  • Producing reports and monitoring key deadlines and actions.
  • Helping to ensure the College meets its statutory and regulatory responsibilities.
What we're looking for

You'll be highly organised, confident managing multiple priorities and passionate about making a difference for learners with SEND.

You will have:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
  • Experience working with complex data, databases and Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A positive, solution-focused approach and commitment to inclusion.

Experience within SEND, learner support or education would be advantageous but, most importantly, we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to supporting learners to achieve their potential.
