Job summary

We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is assisting Moat Hall Primary Academy in Great Wyrley, near Walsall, to recruit a SENCO and KS2 Class Teacher. The post is full-time and permanent, with 3 days as SENCO and 2 days as KS2 Cover Teacher.

The role focuses on leading SEND provision, developing learning plans, supporting staff in inclusive practice, and monitoring student progress. A forward-thinking team supports the school's ethos and wider community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SEN provision across a primary academy.
• Ability to develop and implement individual learning plans.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on inclusive practices.
• Monitor progress of students with SEND and arrange interventions.

Responsibilities

• Lead SENCO duties three days per week and KS2 Cover for two days.
• Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching for KS2 pupils.
• Promote the values and ethos of the academy and trust.
• Collaborate with the team to create a stimulating, inclusive learning environment.
